We check suppliers by reviewing their technical ability, quality documents, and regulatory risk to make sure they follow GMP standards. We also support supplier setup (onboarding), changes in materials or suppliers, regular performance checks, and fixing problems quickly. To avoid delays, we plan ahead with backup suppliers, more than one supplier option, and emergency plans-so supply stays stable from early development to clinical and commercial production.
